Turn east (right) from Police dept. on to Broadway st, east to Howell Ave then left on Howell Ave, cross Railroad tracks then turn East (right) on Bratton Ave. the
Pound will be just past the Big Parking lot on your left.
OR

If you miss Howell Ave just continue on East untill you come to a Mini-Mart on you left, turn left on Grace Ave just past it and cross Railroad tracks and turn left as you cross tracks heading north on Bratton Ave and as you go to your left thru a big curve the Dog Pound will be on your right.
